September is usually a lovely time of year in the charente and Dordogne and this year is no exception.
Its regularly over 30C with blue skies, sunshine and no clouds - lovely.
It s a lovely heat and very relaxing getting warmest around 5pm as the ground and our chambres d'hotes reflect back the heat they have stored up during the day.
