Week after week of sun with a few thunderstorms at night - pretty spectacular and generally not too threatening except teh big one that took the roofs off 700 houses about 20km from here.
Being surrounded by nature like this is so calming and great for the soul - talking to the sheepies every day , eating so well - ooo the french cheeses - well you can share that too.

Even bordeaux is now only 30 mins away by the new superfast tgv and its so easy to park at angouleme station - i love bordeaux . great fun great food beautiful architecture.
`then theres some fun restaurants to try locally too varying from working mans simple menu de jour to something much more sophistaicated.
And of course dont forget the butterflies :)
